The „Grand Heritage Doha Hotel & SPA” is located at the heart of Doha City, Capital of Qatar, the country which has become one of the most highly developed countries of the Gulf States and the Middle East. The „Grand Heritage Doha Hotel & SPA” is one of the members of Grand Heritage Hotel Group established in 1989 in USA, operating in North America, Mexico and currently developing numerous of projects in Europe and the Middle Est.
Everyone who has visited Doha has been able to see improvements in the life, infrastructure and civilization of the country. Qatar’s government is investing a great deal in its vision of the country becoming on of the most incredible places in the world for conferences and athletic events.
The project of the “Aspire Hotel” which started in 2005, was based on the ruling family’s idea to present it as the first Victorian style building in the country, and we can say, in the whole Gulf region. The design of the “Aspire Hotel” was based on historical designs from South Africa, and the developers have ensured that the property will offer to its quests the upmost facilities, services and personalization.
We are looking for highly motivated staff members from Baltic countries to join our team for Sales Department, Room Department, F&B Department, Administration and SPA department.

|
· To provide and maintain high service and customer care standards to our guests
· Responsible for service related issues in his/her assigned station of responsibility and guest satisfaction |

Requirements |
|
|
· Minimum age 20
· Diploma from a recognized apprenticeship program, or equivalent
· Must have good communication skills of the English language both written and spoken
· At least 2 years of full time working experience on 4*- 5* star hotel or restaurant, or SPA, in the addition of tourism/catering college, catering to an international clientele |

Beneficial skills |
|
|
· Previous experience from another international hotel chain, restaurant or SPA center
· Requires the knowledge of all aspects of high quality hotel, restaurant and SPA service |

We offer |
|
|
· Competitive net and tax free salary starting from 800 USD to 1200 USD according to the position and experience
· Contract length 1 year renewable, 3 months probation period
· Free shared accommodation and 1 meal per working shift, transport to/from work, medical care in public hospital
· Flight from the Baltic's to Doha paid for an allowance 2 000 QR (approx 550 USD) only if and after the staff has completed the probation period. The person will be responsible to cover his/her flight ticket costs if he/she decides to leave during the probation period.
