36.Line Grill Restaurant welcomes spring with a new evening-format offering – the “After-work” brunch by the sea, taking place every Thursday and Friday from 16:00 to 22:00.
The new concept is designed for those who wish to unwind after work and enjoy a high-quality meal by the sea, without having to postpone evening plans until the weekend. The extensive selection allows guests to freely indulge throughout the evening, featuring both the restaurant’s signature classics and seasonal dishes inspired by world cuisine.

“It has always seemed to me that the best conversations and ideas arise precisely after the working day, at the moment when the tension is behind you, and people can finally be present. “After-work brunch” is not just about the food. It is about the feeling. About the opportunity not to hurry, to sit at a table with a view of the sea, and simply enjoy the evening,” says Lauris Aleksejevs, Head Chef of the restaurant.
During the brunch, guests are served the restaurant’s most appreciated dishes, offering the opportunity to sample a variety of flavors in one place. “We wanted to create a format that is neither classic dinner nor traditional brunch, but something in between - light, seasonal, and lively. The brunches feature restaurant dishes that have won the appreciation of guests and offer the opportunity to taste everything in one place. The main emphasis is on taste, quality, and the freedom to choose what you like most,” adds Lauris Aleksejevs. The price of the After-work brunch is 36 EUR per adult and 15 EUR per child up to 12 years. Beverages are available separately.
36. Line Grill Restaurant is located directly on the seashore in Dubulti and has been included in the Michelin Guide recommended restaurant list for several consecutive years. This new offering enhances the restaurant’s experience, complementing romantic dinners and celebrations with a distinctive weekday evening tradition.
