«airBaltic» Files First Monthly Operating Reports with U.S. Court and Publishes Preliminary Unaudited Financial Information

Air Baltic Corporation AS (hereinafter – airBaltic or the company), the national airline of Latvia and leading carrier in the Baltic States, announces that airBaltic and its subsidiaries subject to the voluntary Chapter 11 process have filed their first monthly operating reports with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the U.S. Court). The reports cover September 14–30, 2026, the first 17 days of the Chapter 11 process.

Monthly operating reports are a standard requirement of the Chapter 11 process, providing the U.S. Court and other stakeholders with regular information on the financial position and activities of each entity subject to the process. airBaltic will file a report for each subsequent month for the duration of the process and will publish selected financial information in connection with each filing.

The financial information in the monthly operating reports covers the period from September 14 to September 30, 2026. It is preliminary and unaudited, and has not been reviewed by the company’s independent auditor. All amounts listed in the first monthly operating report are listed as U.S. dollars, and Euros have been converted to U.S. dollars using an exchange rate of 1 EUR:1.14 USD.

The reports have been prepared solely to meet the reporting requirements of the Chapter 11 process. They cover only the entities subject to the process and are based on those entities’ books and records, using the best information currently available and the company’s historical accounting practices. They are not prepared in accordance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP or Euronext Dublin reporting requirements, and are not intended to reconcile with airBaltic Group’s consolidated financial statements.

Because the reports have not undergone the full procedures and adjustments normally applied to interim financial statements, the information may be subject to material change. The figures reflect a short, specific period and should not be taken as an indication of airBaltic’s results for any other period or of its future performance, nor compared directly with previously published financial results.

airBaltic will continue to publish its annual and interim financial statements in line with its regular reporting obligations.

airBaltic continues to operate flights according to its published schedule. Existing tickets and reservations remain valid, customers can continue to book and travel as usual, and passengers do not need to take any action.
